The success of the Lorne Genome Conference is built on the principle that all delegates are treated with respect and have the opportunity to grow scientifically and intellectually in a safe environment.

Genome Conference Inc. has a mission to promote the highest standard of research in the broad area of the organisation and function of the genome. In executing this mission Genome Conference Inc. endeavours to foster a culture of inclusion and equity in all of its activities including conference participation, awards and prizes, and administrative membership.
